Using Catalog Images

By accessing or using Catalog Images, you agree to use the website and application in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Catalog Images provides tools for organizing product information, finding and reviewing potential product images, preparing imagery, and exporting catalog-related files.

Your product data and content

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the spreadsheets, product information, URLs, images, and other materials you import, search for, process, or export. Only provide information or content that you are authorized to use.

You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and for protecting access to the device and browser where your workspace is stored.

Third-party imagery and intellectual property

Images discovered through a search engine, product page, supplier website, manufacturer website, or another source may be protected by copyright, trademark, contract, or other rights. The appearance of an image in search results does not mean it is licensed, public-domain, or available for unrestricted use.

Catalog Images does not grant ownership, a license, or any permission to use third-party images. Before copying, modifying, publishing, distributing, selling, or otherwise using imagery, you are responsible for obtaining and complying with all necessary permissions from the applicable rights holders.

You also remain responsible for confirming that the selected image accurately represents the relevant product and for complying with any supplier, marketplace, distribution, or brand requirements that apply to your use.

Acceptable use

Do not use Catalog Images to violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, interfere with external websites, overload the service, introduce malicious content, access private or internal network resources, or otherwise engage in unlawful or abusive activity.

External search providers and image hosts may apply their own terms, rate limits, technical restrictions, and availability rules.

External sources and availability

Product-image searches and source retrieval depend on independent third-party websites and infrastructure. Results may be unavailable, incomplete, blocked, removed, incorrect, or changed without notice. Catalog Images does not guarantee that an image exists, that a specific search will succeed, or that a third-party source remains available.

Local workspaces, downloads, and changes

Workspace records are tied to the browser and website origin where they were created. Domain changes, cleared browser storage, unsupported browser settings, device loss, or service changes may affect access. Maintain your own exports and backups.

Catalog Images may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or application as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Catalog Images is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that search results, third-party images, exports, or processing will always be uninterrupted, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses arising from third-party image rights, external websites, inaccurate product data, unavailable sources, or the absence of a user-maintained backup remains subject to applicable legal limitations. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
